Step 2: Complete Forms
We'll provide registration and health history forms at the office. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to complete paperwork.

Expecting Parents
Free Prenatal Visits
We invite expectant parents to visit our office before your baby arrives — at no charge. Meeting us in advance helps you feel confident and prepared for your newborn's care.
Did you know? Prenatal visits give you the opportunity to tour our office, ask questions, and get to know our doctors and staff before your little one arrives. We'd love to meet you!
Common Prenatal Questions
When should I schedule a prenatal visit?
We recommend scheduling your prenatal visit during the third trimester — around 32–36 weeks. This gives you time to ask questions and finalize your choice of pediatrician before your due date.
What happens at a prenatal visit?
You'll meet with one of our doctors to discuss feeding choices (breastfeeding or formula), vaccination schedules, what to expect in the newborn period, and any concerns you may have. We also walk you through our office procedures and answer any questions.
How soon after birth should I bring in my newborn?
Typically within 3–5 days of discharge from the hospital, or sooner if there are any concerns. Our doctors will discuss the exact timeline with you at your prenatal visit.
Is circumcision performed at your office?
Please call us to discuss circumcision options. Our team will provide guidance based on your preferences and the most current medical recommendations.
Do you support breastfeeding mothers?
Absolutely. Our doctors strongly support breastfeeding and can provide guidance, resources, and referrals as needed. We'll discuss your feeding plan and help you get off to a great start.
