About Our Practice
Welcome Pediatrics PLLC was founded in 2006 by two experienced pediatricians committed to providing exceptional care for children and young adults in Brooklyn.
We accept new patients from newborns through age 21. Prenatal visits are offered free of charge to expecting parents.
Dr. Svetlana Spivak and Dr. Irina Nelipovich are both board-certified Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics with 30+ years each.
Our office is dedicated exclusively to pediatric care — a comfortable, child-friendly environment where kids and parents feel at home.
Well-child visits, immunizations, diagnostic testing, asthma management, weight counseling, and more — all under one roof.

Co-Founder & Pediatrician
Practicing pediatrics for over 30 years, Dr. Spivak trained at Leningrad Medical School and completed her residency at Elmhurst Hospital (Mount Sinai). She has served Brooklyn families for 25 years and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Nelipovich graduated from Minsk State Medical School and completed her Mount Sinai residency before partnering with Dr. Spivak to found Welcome Pediatrics in 2006. She has over 30 years of pediatric experience and is a Fellow of the AAP.
